Lovv is a free, independent nonprofit dating platform designed to introduce compatible adults who are looking for a committed relationship or life partner. This Legal Notice applies to visitors and registered users in Europe and the United States.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with those documents, please do not use the Platform.
3. Intellectual property
The Lovv name, heart mark, visual identity, software, interface, copy and other materials created for the Platform are owned by or licensed to Lovv and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the Platform does not transfer any ownership rights. You may use it only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes under the Terms and Conditions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the Platform, bypass its security, scrape or copy its content, create automated or fraudulent accounts, impersonate another person, or use Lovv to harass, deceive or harm others. Detailed rules appear in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Availability and external links
We work to keep Lovv accurate, secure and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may link to third-party services. Lovv does not control those services and their own terms and privacy notices apply.
6. Responsibility
Lovv facilitates introductions; it does not guarantee a match, relationship or outcome, and identity verification does not eliminate every risk. Users remain responsible for their interactions and for taking reasonable precautions online and in person. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable European, national, state or federal law.
7. Regional application
For users in Europe, this notice is intended to operate alongside applicable electronic-commerce, consumer-protection, data-protection and digital-services rules. For users in the United States, it operates alongside applicable federal and state consumer-protection, privacy and online-safety laws. Mandatory local rights continue to apply regardless of this notice.
